     ①  密炼机的汽缸密封环磨损，漏气，应拆卸清洗或更换密封环。 
     ②  密炼机的压缩空气压力不足，应检查输送管路有无漏气现象，修理漏气部位，调至工作所需压力。 
     ③  检查密炼机的翻板门动作部位是否有异物或残料，应及时清除干净。 
     ④  密炼机的压缩空气控制阀发生故障，可能阀芯有异物或磨损严重， 应拆卸清洗维修。

2、密炼机的混炼室内转子工作出现异常声响

    密炼机的转子轴的轴向调距装置中的铜垫磨损严重，使转子工作时轴向窜动量增大，转子端面与混炼室壁发生摩擦，从而出现异常声响。

3、密炼机的转子轴密封处漏料

    密炼机在 正常工作中有少量油脂糊状物挤出。如果挤出料量较大，可通过适当均匀用力紧各弹簧压紧螺钉来控制漏料。如此办法不能控制漏料，则可能是石墨垫或铜环磨损较严重（如密封端面不光滑，间隙大）。

    密炼机的 排除方法是拆卸密封装置，更换石墨垫和铜环，磨光固定环端面。装配时注意均匀用力紧弹簧螺钉。如果固定环端面硬度低于HRC40，则应先在端面上重新堆焊一层硬质合金，经磨光后再装配。

4、密炼机的转子轴的轴承漏油

     密炼机的主要是轴子轴与轴承衬的滑动摩擦表面磨损，变得粗糙，造成轴承漏油。 
     如果密炼机的轴滑动面磨损，可用金属喷镀方法修补，然后再磨光至原直径尺寸。轴衬磨损严重时要更换新轴衬。

     ①  密炼机的汽缸密封环磨损漏气，应更换密封环。 
     ②  密炼机的压缩空气的压力不足，应检查输送管路是否有漏气部位， 如无漏气现象应调节增加压缩空气的压力。 
     ③  密炼机的控制阀有故障，动作不到位或阀芯磨损严重，应拆卸清洗维修。 
     ④  密炼机的下移动滑道部位有油污异物，应清除干净并加注润滑油。
